STONEWATER Extends Verizon Wireless Lease at Suburban Chicago Facility.

(PRLEAP.COM) White Plains, NY – Stonewater Partners announced today that it has extended a Verizon Wireless lease for the entire 127,280 square foot Class-A office building in Chicago, IL located at 777 Big Timber Road.

Commenting on the transaction, Jeffrey Toporek, a Stonewater principal, stated "we are excited that Verizon Wireless has extended its commitment to the facility through 2011, demonstrating the mission-critical nature of this facility to the Company.”
