Engineered Software, Inc., the leading provider of software used to design and simulate the operation of fluid piping systems announced that it has been granted at speaking spot at the AHR Expo New Project Technology Theater. The AHR Expo is the world’s largest HVAC&R tradeshow, and will be taking place in Dallas, Texas.

Engineered Software's Chief Engineer, Ray Hardee will be presenting 'PIPE-FLO Professional 2007 - a dynamic problem solving simulation tool' on Tuesday 30th of January at 2:30 p.m. in Theatre B of the Dallas Convention Center.

“We are proud to be presenting our latest release, PIPE-FLO Professional 2007, at the AHR Expo”, said Hardee. “PIPE-FLO Professional 2007 is a major technological advancement in piping system simulation and design, we look forward to giving engineers a chance to see the benefits of the program up close through a live demonstration,” Hardee added.

PIPE-FLO 2007 has many new features to streamline the program operation and increase the presentation value of the piping system model. Key new capabilities include the option of creating your piping system model as an isometric drawing, a handy X-link for Microsoft’s Excel®, and a new Shape Editor.

Most engineers have developed Excel® spreadsheets to automate the design process. Using the new X-link feature you can create spreadsheets to automatically read design information from the piping system model; in addition the spreadsheet can automatically update information in the piping system model.

PIPE-FLO Professional 2007’s new Shape Editor allows you to create your own custom shapes to meet your customer’s needs and make your drawing exactly the way you designed it. You can also create industry specific shapes to increase the value of the piping schematic.

“Our goal is to continue to provide innovative software for practicing engineers and designers. PIPE-FLO Professional 2007 streamlines the program operation and increases the presentation value of the piping system model,” Hardee said.

The PIPE-FLO product line is used by designers and operators to gain a clear picture of their fluid piping systems. The program allows users to visualize their systems in a familiar format, calculate system operations, easily communicate the design with others and access supporting documents in electronic format.
