Washington , D.C. April 4, 2005 . Mi-Co, the mobile data capture software company, will be well-represented at FOSE 2005 as company personnel demonstrate the latest software technology in the digital writing space with several major mobile hardware platform partners. Over 20,0000 attendees are expected to attend this year’s exhibition at the Washington Convention Center. FOSE 2005 has the over-arching theme of “Where Government Meets Technology.”

“Working with leading edge Tablet PC and Digital Pen companies like Hewlett Packard, Gateway, Itronix, Logitech, Toshiba and Fujitsu, Mi-Co staff will provide an excellent opportunity for US Government professionals to see demonstrations of Mi-Forms software and have extensive discussions involving the opportunities and challenges that governmental IT professionals face in mobile data collection, digitization and communication with existing government databases,” said Mi-Co’s Senior VP of Marketing and Sales Strategy, Barrett Joyner.

FOSE 2005, now in its 29th year, is the largest and longest-running technology tradeshow for government professionals and is being held in the Washington DC Convention Center on April 5 through April 7. FOSE’s explicit goal is to bring government and industry professionals together providing an open forum of discussion on today’s technology and issues.

“With keynote speakers focusing on how our government plans to become a digital nation, Mi-Co is excited about this opportunity to demonstrate how Mi-Forms software can increase the efficiency and accuracy of mobile data capture in the government sector,” said Dr. Greg Clary, Mi-Co Chief Technology Officer.
Direct participation at FOSE is one aspect of Mi-Co’s ongoing commitment to understanding and meeting the unique requirements of its governmental customers. For over 4 years, government mobile data solutions have been one of Mi-Co’s key areas of concentration.

Representatives of Mi-Co’s Government Alliance Partner Program will also be in attendance at FOSE to interact with current partners such as

· Portable Computer Systems (PCS), a provider of leading edge rugged hardware and wireless mobile hardware solutions for harsh outdoor applications,

· ASM, a leading provider of information technology solutions and advanced analytical services,

· CDW, a leading provider of technology products and ranked No. 376 on the FORTUNE 500,

· GTSI, an information technology solutions leader, focusing exclusively on Federal, State, and Local government customers.

“Interacting with governmental technology leaders is a real bonus for us at FOSE, but one of the greatest aspects of the conference is getting to interact with so many of our customers in one place,” said Joyner.

Recently, Mi-Co added to its growing federal government customer base agencies like the Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Air Force, the National Institutes of Health and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
