Ryan-Biggs Associates Promotes Three

Troy, NY – Ryan-Biggs Associates, P.C., a consulting firm specializing in structural engineering, announced today the promotions of Jack Healy, P.E., Christopher Maxon, and Donald Trojak.

Jack Healy has been promoted to Principal Associate. With the firm since 1998, Jack manages many of the firm’s masonry restoration, forensic engineering, and parking structure projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont. Jack currently serves as President of the Capital District Chapter of the New York State Society of Professional Engineers and is professionally licensed in NY and MA. His project experience includes: the restoration of the north tower of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (Albany, NY), the Rensselaer Rail Station (Rensselaer, NY), and Railroad Vibration Testing at Fort Ticonderoga (Ticonderoga, NY).

Christopher Maxon has been promoted to Associate. Employed with RBA since 1995, Chris is the Manager of the Computer-Aided Design and Drafting Department. He has been involved with the CAD design of many of the firm’s educational, municipal, bridge, commercial, and historical preservation projects.

Donald Trojak has been promoted to Associate. He joined the firm in 1999 and is the Testing Coordinator at RBA. He has been involved in various projects including: testing at Cornell University (Ithaca, NY), the New York State Education Building (Albany, NY), and the Cathedral of All Saints (Albany, NY).
