Landscape and architectural lighting is growing in popularity throughout the United States. benefits of a NiteLites high quality, low voltage lighting system are:

Professionally installed and maintained outdoor lighting systems increase the value of residential and commercial properties, while making them the showcase of the area.

Carefully designed low voltage lighting systems are extremely economical and safe to operate, especially when compared to their line voltage system counterparts.

The NiteLites high tech timer works both as a traditional timer as well as an astrologic timer. Its sophisticated chip programming triggers the lights to turn on with the sunset and off with the sunrise and even adjusts for leap years and daylight savings time.

Architectural lighting systems are both functional and elegant. Homeowners can enjoy more hours in the comfort of their own yard, while creating an elegant atmosphere for entertaining.

Industrial specification grade low voltage lighting systems are expandable, with little disruption to the surroundings and are preferred by developers, builders, landscape architects, landscapers, and architects.

In addition to their beauty, outdoor lighting fixtures offer increased safety and security.

Since lighting systems often start at $2500.00 and may go up to the hundreds of thousands of dollars, NiteLites recommends researching to find a reliable company with national presence that will stand behind its warranty. Since trees, shrubs, and grasses grow and wind and other elements can wreak havoc with lighting systems, NiteLites states that it is also important to find a company that offers a viable maintenance program to keep the lighting investment operational year round.

President and CEO Thomas A. Frederick of NiteLites Franchise Systems, Inc. explains the process this way "Start with a (landscape lighting) company that will show you exactly how your property will look after lights are installed, review the written estimate and the warranty. Then check references, drive by some projects lit by the company, and finally research the size and longevity of the company standing behind lighting system. It is not a difficult process, and it is well worth the time to avoid dealing with a less than reputable lighting company." He also added, that perhaps as much as 25% of their work comes from people who bought systems that no longer work, and that often the original company is no longer in business.

NiteLites sole business is outdoor lighting systems for residential and commercial properties. To register for a personal demonstration, stop at booth # 225 at see Randy Greenhill and his staff. The NiteLites professional will set up a temporary installation of a NiteLites specification grade low voltage lighting system on a prospect’s property to demonstrate the dramatic effect that a NiteLites system can have. NiteLites will then provide a written estimate for the complete installation. Once installed, the NiteLites professional will consult with the property owner to determine the final aiming of the individual lights. NiteLites also offers an industry leading warranty.
