New web presence for GW Realty, land developer with over $2 billion in transactions

(PRLEAP.COM) GW Realty, a southern California residential land developer with a portfolio of over $2 billion in transactions since 1993, entrusted Plethora Design, LLC with the task redefining their web presence. Their previous web site was outdated and difficult to use, and moreover did not reflect their vision and growth. GW Realty Co. specializes in real estate brokerage and valuation consulting with an emphasis on residential land throughout Southern California.

Plethora Design worked closely with GW to get their company’s values across both visually and textually. The site makes use of Flash embedded into W3C-compliant HTML 4.01 Transitional code using a CSS layout. A user-friendly navigation menu was custom-built by Plethora Design, LLC for GW’s site, and the transactions pages use custom CSS to display the various locations.

GW Realty has been involved in countless land transactions for numerous real estate developments in southern California since 1993. This includes California locations such as Torrance, La Mesa, Eastern Mission Valley, Los Angeles, Indian Wells, Kearny Mesa, Menifee, Redondo Beach, Murrieta, and many others.
