SCOTLAND MEDITATION COURSE, SHAMBALA RETREAT CENTRE, FINDHORN BAY, MORAY
2-4TH FEB 2007

FISU is delighted to announce that it will be running meditation courses at the beautiful Shambala Retreat Centre on the tranquil shores of Findhorn Bay, Morayshire, located between Aberdeen and Inverness on the 2-4th February 2007.

This is a perfect opportunity to learn FISU’s unique and powerful form of personally prescribed meditation in delightful and peaceful surroundings. It is the first time that FISU meditation is available in Scotland. The cost of the non-residential course is £200 for the 3 weekends.

Shambala (Sanskrit for Pure Land) is a beautifully renovated country house, set in six acres of quiet and secluded grounds on the edge of Findhorn Bay, adjacent to a nature reserve. Part of the Findhorn community, it is situated within a five minute walk of The Park.

The course is on a non-residential basis, but attendees can stay at the Retreat Centre if they so wish and details of costs are below.

This will be the first of the 3 weekends that comprise the course and participants are required to attend all sessions. The dates for the 2nd weekend will be jointly decided during the first weekend.

The structure of the course will follow our residential structure and you can read about that under Residential Courses on our web site.

Participants will be required to sign up in advance for the first session on Friday, 2nd February at 19.00 Hours at the Shambala Retreat Centre. This evening constitutes an introductory talk about FISU meditation and is obligatory for all attendees. Those wishing to continue the course will pay their dues that evening either by cheque or cash, or advance payment may be made on line through the FISU online shop.

Anyone can confirm their place by telephoning 020 8523 3133 or by sending an e-mail to courses@fisu.org.

This is the first time our unique form of personally prescribed meditation will be available in the Highlands - do come and celebrate with us!
