Haifa, Israel, January 18, 2007 — Tsarfin Computing Ltd today announced that, effective immediately, Tsarfin Computing Ltd of Israel and ipMonitor Corporation of Canada have entered into an agreement on a worldwide basis, resulting in the assignment of Tsarfin Computing Ltd's complete rights in the IPMONITOR Name to ipMonitor Corporation worldwide. Tsarfin Computing Ltd has formally renamed its network monitoring software product to NetGong.
