My Little Taste of Italy Takes Internet by Storm

(PRLEAP.COM) Whittier, CA Jan. 20, 2007. My Little Taste of Italy is now entering a new era with their four generation family business. Their delectable treats were once only available to those lucky enough to live within driving distance of the bakery. This limitation has been lifted as the bakery officially opens its door to the international marketplace via the internet. Not only do they ship their home-baked goodness from coast to coast across America, but they ship to our soldiers serving abroad.

The story of this family business is as romantic as their line up of cookies and cakes. It began with Anthony D ‘Eliso’s honorable discharge from the army in 1943. He took the skills of baking with him and started a tradition rich in mouth-watering indulgence and family loyalty. Today D ‘Eliso’s grandchildren (grandparent’s themselves now) carry on the legacy and are in the act of passing it to yet a fourth generation.

Gloria D’ Eliso Mount heads up the team of family bakers in Whittier, CA. “They say to have real success you must have a passion for what you do,” Mount states. “This is mine. Nothing makes me happier than to hear someone say ‘mmmm” when they bite into one of our treats. I’ve been told our brownie’s have been dubbed ‘orgasmic’. It must be the Italian zest for life.”

The person with the discerning palate and a desire for the very best in culinary pleasure would do well to check out the homemade goodness of My Little Taste of Italy. Not only does the bakery provide the freshest and finest, but their packages are wrapped in the famous Italian Amore (love). Your loved ones will receive a beautifully done up gift box complete with items to make it a real party.
