Amazon Picks Tricks of the Podcasting Masters a Top 10 Reference Book

(PRLEAP.COM) Amazon.com’s editors picked Tricks of the Podcasting Masters as one of the top 10 reference books of 2006. This distinction makes it the only book about podcasting to be included in any of the editor’s picks categories.

Tricks of the Podcasting Masters, released by Que Publishing in May 2006, was the first podcasting book to focus on content creation and promotion of podcasting. 2008 Presidential Candidate, Senator John Edwards, writes the foreword to the book. The authors teach people how to grow their audience by talking with the biggest names in podcasting. The book also looks at the various ways to monetize your podcast. Tricks of the Podcasting Masters can be found in bookstores and at Amazon.com.

About Podcasting
Podcasting is the online publishing of files in a way that allows for the subscription-like syndication and distribution of files as they become available. Most podcasts are audio in MP3 format, syndicated through the RSS protocol. While the term "podcasting" comes from Apple’s popular "iPod" and "Broadcasting", podcasting does not require an iPod: any digital audio player or computer can play back podcasts. For more information about podcasting, visit the Podcast411 web site.
