(PRLEAP.COM) Author of the 3-Minute e-Learning book and e-Learning expert Dr. Ray Jimenez of Vignettes for Training, Inc., will be conducting a presentation on Learning Content Management System or LCMS Optimization at the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) TechKnowledge Conference, which will be held on January 31 to February 2, 2007 in Riviera Hotel Casino Las Vegas, Nevada.

Highlighting the advantages of Rapid LCMS-based authoring approaches using OutStart LCMS, the session aims to address the major challenges in e-Learning development such as the speed of development, cost of production, and the quality of learning experience, as it presents an e-Learning design in a “creation station” format.
