CiC Introduces Valuable New Service: EVERYDAY MATTERS

January 27, 2007 (PRLEAP.COM) Business News
CiC (www.cic-eap.co.uk), one of the UK’s leading Employee Assistance Programme providers, has just introduced a valuable new service for their clients called ‘Everyday Matters.’ This service, offered as an individual package or as an extension of the popular Family Care package, is designed to help busy managers and employees manage the ‘Everyday Matters’ of their lives.

A recent survey revealed that 92% of employees take care of personal tasks whilst at work . In society today, where lives and businesses are moving at a fast pace, ‘Everyday Matters’ allows employees to concentrate on their job rather than spend time on personal activities in the workplace.

CiC are launching their new service in association with lifestyle management specialists Time & Knowledge. The service covers many aspects of home life:

* Home – find a builder, electrician or gardener
* Family & Pets – source a vet or a pet sitter
* Retail – find a furniture shop or specialist hand-made chocolate shop
* Leisure & Entertainment - obtain details on galleries, museums or cinemas
* Motor and Travel – find a hire car or a garage

Whether clients are looking for a plumber or dentist, or if they need travel advice or someone to walk their dog, or if they just want to know where their nearest gym is, CiC can find all the necessary information. All staff will be able to contact CiC using the Confidential Helpline which already forms the key part of their EAP. Having discussed their requirements in complete confidence with CiC staff, the requested services will be sourced and sent to the individual with all the contact details they need.

CiC aim to provide help and support to companies across all sectors. CiC offer a range of services from providing telephone and management support, to face to face counselling and traumatic incident counselling. The company’s broad spectrum of knowledge and expertise makes CiC the perfect New Year’s solution for organisations.
