New Book Reveals Secret Sexy Sayings of Iconic Ras

"Some time ago, a wayward Rasta dub poet travelled to the Orient in search of fame, fortune and flesh under the belief that the Orient had a strong passion for Reggae, Ras and the Jamaican 'big bamboo'. While in the Orient, his determination to find fulfilment led him deeper into its culture. He started to dress like them. He started to eat like them. He even started to talk like them. This became quite ironic as the very culture he was expecting to kneel at his feet was consuming him," said J O Royes, author of the first volume of Ras Fucius sayings. "This didn’t bother him. He started to get regular gigs in trendy nightspots. Over time, his reputation began to travel. In fact, his dubs were so witty, insightful and well received he earned the nickname 'Ras Fucius' inspired by the legendary Chinese philosopher."

According to the book, Ras Fucius lived like that for several years. Until one day when he disappeared. A search of his apartment by local police failed to unearth clues to his whereabouts. Instead, the police found volumes of unpublished sayings oozing with the kind of insights that could spark a sexual revolution. The volumes of sayings were confiscated by the police and locked away for many years.

"Recently those volumes of sayings went missing and started showing up on the web," continued Mr. Royes, "the first volume of which is now finally available in print."
