Photographer Hope to Inspire Young People to Become Extraordinary

Andrew Grant has begun production of "Aspire", a 12" x 18" book of 250 portraits of extraordinary individuals accompanied by their inspirational stories. "Hopefully, this book will cause people to aspire to become extraordinary, to dream big, pursue their passion and to make the world around them a better place during their lifetime" says an enthused Andrew.

Aspire's various subjects will include people who have risen to the absolute pinnacle of their profession and those who have overcome challenging obstacles to achieve success in their career. "I want people to dream big, regardless of their background or the adversities they face." Aspire will also tell the stories of people with truly unique jobs, from test pilots to dolphin trainers. "It fascinates me to learn how people end up with such unusual occupations", says Andrew. "I also want the book to inspire people to pursue their passion, not necessarily money. Which is why I want to include people who have made tremendous financial sacrifices to pursue their dreams." Finally, Andrew will try to capture the "Spirit of America" by profiling individuals who have exhibited heroic kindness, courage and self sacrifice while improving the lives of others.

Subjects will include nationally recognized actors, architects, artists, astronauts, athletes, authors, aviators, chefs, designers, engineers, entrepreneurs, executives, heros, journalists, lawyers, musicians, physicians, politicians, surgeons, teachers, veterans, volunteers and other inspirational people in their unique environment.

Andrew hopes to donate thousands of copies of Aspire to schools with the help of corporate sponsors and private donations. A portion of the proceeds with also be donated to related causes and charities. Contact the photographer to nominate a subject, sponsor the project or to donate funds or services needed to produce Aspire including use of a recreational vehicle, promotion, publishing and distribution.
