(PRLEAP.COM) TahitiPetey XBoard Global Rentals, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of TahitiPetey International, Inc., has announced that Chelone Extreme SA de CV has signed an agreement to establish the first international TahitiPetey rental agency in Mexico.

"Given the warm climate and the large number of coastal resorts, we are confident that Mexico will be a major market for TahitiPetey XBoard rental activity,” commented Neil Roth, President of TahitiPetey International. “We look forward to working with Chelone Extreme to help them launch the TahitiPetey XBoard rental business throughout the Country,” he added.

Under the terms of the agreement, TahitiPetey XBoard Global Rentals will sell approximately 100 TahitiPetey XBoards per month to Chelone Extreme (approximately $5 million in 2007). The Playa del Carmen-based rental agency would then be responsible for developing independent rental agencies throughout the Country to manage TahitiPetey XBoard beachside and resort rental operations. Chelone Extreme has placed its initial order of 210 XBoards for delivery beginning in April, 2007, and rentals will begin soon thereafter.

“We believe that the TahitiPetey XBoard rental business will be popular in Cancun, Acapulco, Cabo San Lucas, and other coastal resort destinations throughout Mexico," explained Darik Garteiz, President of Chelone Extreme. “For this reason, we are going to initially focus our growth and business development in those geographic target areas,” he added.

Although no Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approval is required to operate the TahitiPetey XBoards in Mexico, the Company expects to receive EPA approval as early as February, based on results from previous internal testing.

TahitiPetey Aqua Xtreme Sports, the sales and marketing arm for the TahitiPetey XBoard, have already begun marketing the TahitiPetey XBoard worldwide through trade and consumer shows and on its website, www.TPXBoard.com. They will be featured in February at the Los Angeles Boat Show and at the Miami International Yacht Show.
