MOCAP Acquires Steere’s Vinyl Dip Molding Division

(PRLEAP.COM) MOCAP Inc. in St. Louis, MO recently acquired the Dip Molding Division from Steere Enterprises in Tallmadge, Ohio. All molding operations are being moved to MOCAP’s plant located in Park Hills, Missouri. The move will be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2007.

This acquisition combines Steere’s 57 years of dip molding experience with MOCAP’s 25 years of quality and service. Steere’s expertise was custom dip moldings, while MOCAP is mainly known for its proprietary vinyl products. Now, the two technologies are available from one source.

In addition to vinyl dip molding MOCAP offers Plastic and Rubber Injection Molding, Compression Molding, Silicone Molding, Tubing Extrusion and Self-Bonding Silicone Tape. When Custom Molding is required, MOCAP offers the most competitive prices for Plastic, Rubber and Vinyl Molds, with its own in-house tooling and manufacturing facilities in both Missouri and Guangdong China.
