DURHAM, N.C. – Kevin Woody, sales manager for the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston South Square office, has announced that Shonté Proctor and James Grey have joined the firm’s Durham real estate division. Proctor currently attends Strayer University and is working to complete her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). She has a background in administrative work and was most recently employed with Nationwide Insurance. Proctor serves as an assistant basketball coach at Chapel Hill Parks and Recreation. She resides in Chapel Hill with her husband, LeRoy, and daughter, Imani. Grey is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Grey has 34 years of experience in retail as a manager and sale associate for a furniture manufacturer. He is an active member of the community where he serves as treasurer for St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, past-chair of the American Red Cross, Rainbow Center for Children board member and a volunteer at his local YMCA. He plans to move to Chapel Hill from North Wilkesboro with his wife, Mary.
