RFID tags used to track and monitor fixed assets with FixedAssetManager

(PRLEAP.COM) Great Falls, VA – epcSolutions, authors of the worlds most installed Wal*Mart RFID solution and TetraGate the worlds first Gen2 biometric RFID access control system, announces the immediate availability of FixedAssetManager. FixedAssetManager adds fixed assets to the list of things to be tagged and monitored with epcSolutions’ “Any Asset, One Network” application suite.

“We are very pleased to add FixedAssetManager to our suite of products,” states Kevin Kail, CEO epcSolutions. “Tracking fixed assets has been a very important topic to our resellers and their end users and with this easy to use product we can offer a complete solution to those needs.”

FixedAssetManager, built on epcSolutions’ SensorOS, allows the ability for end users to be able to track their fixed assets within one or multiple locations allowing you to see who took what asset from where and when it was returned. FixedAssetManager has the capability for maintaining fixed asset inventories, integrated barcode asset tag printing/encoding, generating reports and has easy to use wizard based software. FixedAssetManager is easily integrated with existing asset management systems such as PeopleSoft and Remedy.

“We are very excited to be releasing this product. We have just completed our first successful installation of FixedAssetManager for a customer in California, who is quite pleased with how the application works” states Kim Simonalle, Director of Client Services, epcSolutions. “The customer chose FixedAssetManager for its ease of use since it allows them to print and encode custom RFID asset tags or use pre-encoded RFID asset tags,” continued Ms. Simonalle.

FixedAssetManager is available through epcSolutions’ distribution channels. Please call us at 703-757-4470 to request a webinar or for your evaluation copy of FixedAssetManager.
