ProVision Staffing Group Celebrates Business Woman of the Year Award
(PRLEAP.COM) The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) Chairman, Congressman Tom Reynolds, announced the selection of Minnesota Business Leader Ms. Ini Augustine as a winner of the 2006 Businesswoman of the Year Award. Ini Augustine is also a member of the Business Advisory Council in Washington D.C.Only an elite group of business and professional people were nominated to receive the award before the awards selection committee reached a final decision.
In the statement published by the NRCC, Chairman Tom Reynolds explained that the award is given to a select group of business and community leaders from each state. Commenting on Ms. Augustine’s selection, Congressman Reynolds said, “Ms. Augustine has served as an Honorary Chairman of the Business Advisory Council and provided much needed support.
The Business Advisory Council is a special project of the NRCC in which small businessmen and women work with Republican leaders in Washington to help shape the Party’s agenda.
Ms. Augustine’s response to the NRCC was, “Nurturing small business is an integral part of creating a healthy, robust economy. By participating in the Business Advisory Council, I have had the opportunity to share the small business perspective with those who can make a difference. I am honored to accept this award.”
Ini Augustine will be formally recognized at an awards ceremony and luncheon held at the 2007 Congressional Tax Summit in Washington D.C. on March 14-15 to honor her accomplishments.
