Sensitron, Inc. Appoints Garry Stephen Head of Sensitron’s International Business Development

SAN MATEO, Calif. – Apr. 18, 2005 Sensitron, Inc., a wireless healthcare innovations company, announced that Garry Stephen, Founding Shareholder of UK-based Cobalt Partners Ltd., will also head Sensitron’s International Business Development for Europe.

“Garry will be a great addition to Sensitron. With his extensive experience in finance and business development globally, he can help Sensitron find the right channel partners throughout Western Europe,” said Rajiv Jaluria, President and CEO of Sensitron. “He has already helped us locate a reputable channel partner for Southeast Asia and Australia.”

As head of Sensitron’s International Business Development for Europe, Stephen’s primary role will be to qualify, to introduce and to help Sensitron close a solid business relationship between Sensitron, Inc. and regionally-strategic channel partners. He will also assist with market intelligence and research about the respective markets. After the channel relationship has been sealed, Stephen will work with both sides to ensure a smooth relationship.

Garry Stephen’s career has included senior management roles in major investment banks, CSFB and Natwest Markets, Managing Director of the European operations of a US technology company, DIVA Systems Corporation and Finance Director of a content aggregation company for Near Video on Demand (NVOD) and Video on Demand (VOD) in the UK, ON Demand Group. In all of these roles he has been instrumental in setting strategy and growing the business and value of the company significantly.
