TeleSciences Announces Polling Solution for Alcatel-Lucent GTD-5® Switches

Leveraging the new mediation engine from TeleSciences – EventDynamics™ – this solution allows for all event data to be collected and managed from the switch/OG over a secure TCP/IP connection.

Traditional industry solutions are configured to retrieve call records from the switch using X.25 modem and dial-up connectivity. This causes the service provider to incur hours of communications costs, limit the volume of data received, and is subject to line failures and data loss. In contrast, the EventDynamics solution uses the faster and more secure layer 3 Internet Protocol.

Powerful, Integrated Event Usage Data Management to Increase Billable Traffic
