This year the Tiburon Wine Festival occurs when communities across the United States recognize travel’s economic, cultural and social benefits during National Tourism Week, May 12–20, 2007. The al fresco Tiburon Wine Festival will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on May 19th 2007 at Point Tiburon Plaza, adjacent to the Lodge at Tiburon and the waterfront and is hosted by the Tiburon Peninsula Chamber of Commerce. The Tiburon Wine Festival features wines from over 65 premium California wineries such as Silver Oak, Bialla, MacCrostie, Gloria Ferrer, and St Francis plus food from local purveyors and ten area restaurants – including The Lodge at Tiburon’s Three Degrees Restaurant, which is the first new full service restaurant and bar to open in the quaint bayside community in the past fifteen years.
