The STAR GATE Legacy: Spies, Lies and Polygraph Tape

Minneapolis, MN — Truth is often stranger than fiction.

In July, 1974, the CIA initiated a program to use psychics for operational intelligence collection against the Soviet Union. The use of psychic spies is a well known fact, supported by thousands of pages of government documents. A Starstream Reseach
investigation reveals that the psychic spy program was also concerned with otherworldly visitors and, Intelligence Community interest in alien technology continues today.

"Spies, Lies and Polygraph Tape" is the latest installment in a special series featured at the Starstream Research website titled "Exempt from Legal Recourse."

Starstream Research is a private provider of intelligence and analysis on futuristic national and international defense, security and risk developments.

Based upon information provided by various sources, "Exempt from Legal Recourse" explores government interest in the activities of the UFO community. The investigative series also examines concerns that national security information may have been covertly obtained or transmitted using bogus UFO material.

A companion Starstream Research investigation, "Invasion: Earth?" revists allegations of an alien presence based upon the moon. The series features copies of declassified documents, recently made public by the CIA.

The story of a secret 'black operation' interested in alien activity on the moon was first reported by author Ingo Swann in his out-of-print book "Penetration."

According to government documents, Swann was covertly tested at the requst of the CIA by the Stanford Research Institute.

Copies of Swann's SRI medical tests, officially released by the CIA, are included at the Starstream Research website. The documents were found among the 89,000 pages of the CIA STAR GATE files.

The latest installment features a shocking revelation provided by a 'deep background' source: There have been discussions about contact with an otherworldly presence at the highest levels of the intelligence community.

After reviewing the new information presented by Starstream Research about the Ingo Swann affair, a former CIA Senior Analyst commented, "Excellent analysis from what is officially released material needs constancy of theme and purpose … You do excellent analysis. I sure as heck am learning things I didn't know."

Additional material is presently under review by the founder of Starstream Research.

The result of the investigation, copies of declassified CIA and DIA documents, and additional background are available at the Starstream Research web site:
