TJW Exhibitions Ltd, based in Taunton, UK, is going from strength to strength following a takeover by the successful dot com company JobServe.

TJW, who run the Job Scene recruitment fairs and Business2Business networking events, became part of the UK's Essex-based JobServe group last year.
New ownership has also created new jobs at the firm, too.

“We are now starting to feel the real benefit of being part of the JobServe family.” said Sharon Rowe, Business Manager at TJW.

“Because of JobServe’s size they are able to reach large numbers of jobseekers and encourage them to attend our events, boosting the number of people employers and recruiters can meet when they exhibit.

"It’s made such an impact we are now looking to increase the size of our Sales team.”

Robbie Cowling, the entrepreneurial founder of JobServe and owner of Colchester United Football Club, commented: “I was very pleased to add TJW to the group, they have an enthusiastic, talented team and for us it was a very natural fit, extending our offering to those looking for work.
"With our help TJW has been able to update their technology and we are now developing plans to drive the company forward – these are exciting times for TJW.”

Formed in 1993, JobServe were the world’s first online recruitment company, surviving the dot com boom and bust, going on to win the Sunday Times profit track 100 award in 2000 and a Queens award for Enterprise in 2001.
Now operating in Australia, America, and Canada they have become a real UK success story.
