Datacap and Parascript Partner to Offer Advanced Capture and Forms Processing

Tarrytown, NY and Boulder, CO March 14, 2007 — Datacap Inc. and Parascript, LLC today announced a partnership that will enhance Datacap's flagship document capture software, Taskmaster, with Parascript's intelligent character recognition (ICR) technology. This integration provides customers an optimal solution to process documents that require freeform handwriting for convenient completion. Such forms include subscription forms, order forms, change of address documents, surveys and applications.

Taskmaster remotely scans and indexes a wide variety of form layouts. Parascript ICR software recognizes and extracts data from any combination of cursive and hand printed information on these forms.
