All Charges Dismissed: Demosthenes Lorandos Aids Falsely Accused Dentist

The defendant: an Ohio dentist. The charges: sexually touching female patients under sedation. The stakes: high. All counts: dismissed after one day in court. The defendant was accused of molesting women under IV sedation by four former employees and charged by local police and a state prosecutor. After concluding the investigation, Lorandos launched an aggressive pre-trial motion plan designed to deluge the prosecution, including a motion in limine seeking to bar any testimony from former employees as to “Phantom Victims” who were not identified in court.

A series of civil cases against the defendant were used to launch a ruthless deposition campaign. After one day in court, all charges were dropped by the prosecution. Next up: a federal case exposing the conspiracy to falsely convict Lorandos’ victorious client. “We’re extremely happy with this verdict,” says Lorandos. “It just goes to show that our aggressive reputation has been well-earned.”
