With increasing eCommerce activities in Singapore, eDLink has introduced various customized packages to help retail shop owners to establish an online presence. While it may cost up to SGD20k to set up an offline store, the setup fee for a full fledged eCommerce online store normally cost less than SGD5k.

There are 2 packages that are introduced, namely "eShop Basic" and "eShop Pro".

The main features of eShop Pro are listed below:
- 500MB Linux web hosting
- Product search and category listing with CMS
- Payment gateway integration
- Customized web design and development
- Easy web based administration
- Multi-currency support
- Submission to search engines
- 1 year site maintenance
- More..

Some of the major benefits of having an online store include:
- Low monthly maintenance. There is no rental fee like your offline shop. Once the store is completed, you may manage the entire store on your own with little or low maintenance cost.
- No boundary. With an online store, anyone in other parts of the world can be your customer.
- Easy maintenance. You do not need to be physically present at the store. Once established, you are provided with web based administration account to manage the store on your own.
- Low setup cost. As we have mentioned, normally its only less than SGD5k to set up a proper store.

"More retail shop owners are coming to us because some of them are paying ridiculously high rental fee for their offline store, which causes them to look for alternatives", commented Byon Ong, CTO of eDLink.

Features of the eCommerce packages are listed on http://www.edlinkservices.com/content/view/15/28/. There are also support for various payment gateways which include eNets, Worldpay, Paypal.
