American Horse Dentist back in action just eight weeks after Hip Resurfacing surgery at Wockhardt Hospitals India
(PRLEAP.COM) Dr. Allen, a horse dentist by profession was virtually put out of action owing to the excruciating pain in his hip. However, his recovery has been pretty steady after his Hip Resurfacing Surgery by Dr. Kaushal Malhan at Wockhardt Hospitals, Mumbai, India.
He and his family were pleasantly happy when Dr. Allen resumed his work, just eight weeks after the surgery. He had regained his agility and vigour and was performing all activities normally, without any pain or discomfort. His friends and associates marvelled at the amazing speed with which he had been able to return to his full workload.
Dr. Allen’s surgery was performed on December 11, 2006 and his recuperation has been extremely well. He wrote back to the hospital, blithely describing, how his normal life was thrown out of gear due to the incessant hip pain and how he has caught back on life after the surgery at Wockhardt Hospitals.
Dr. Allen wrote," I swim (with flippers) 30 minutes every other day, and ride a bicycle on the non-swim days as my therapy. I still perform the exercises, which I learned in the hospital, and truly feel great".
He signs off saying, "The work you do must be immensely gratifying with the results you must achieve with the Birmingham Hip Replacement (BHR). I wish you and your team all the best.
Again thank you and May God bless you in all your endeavors.”
Dr William Allen is one amongst the hundreds of satisfied and happy patients who come to Wockhardt Hospitals to get first world medical and surgical treatment at third world price. What they take back with themselves is not just their healthy bodies, but also a refreshed mind and an altered perception about India and the quality of healthcare rendered here.
