Aloaha PDF Suite Auto mailer introduction

The Aloaha PDF Auto mailer again shows that Aloaha Software understands the needs of its customers. It allows Aloaha PDF Suite users to create mass mailings of digitally signed PDF Documents. Aloaha analyzes the print job and extracts commands which have been embedded into the original document. This new technology allows Aloaha user to send emails without even having an email client installed. Just embed your emailto, emailfrom, subject, etc into your document, print it and let it being emailed by Aloaha.

For example you can use MS Word Mail Merge to print you mass mailing and Aloaha will take care of the PDF creation, digital signatures and email delivery. In case customer are using old DOS based accounting packages they can opt to save their digital invoice into the autoprint folder of Aloaha. Aloaha will pickup these files, print them convert them to PDF and manage the signatures and email delivery.
