Sixer(www.sixer.tv) completes its first phase of roadshow in Bangalore on 17'th March in its quest to find out crazy cricket fans

Sixer's (www.sixer.tv) roadshow was kicked off in Kochi’s famous Maharaja College on March 13, 2007. Sixer’s team has connected with over one-thousand (1000) enthusiastic and crazy cricket fans in Kochi, Chennai and Bangalore. The cricket fans in the South were all upbeat about the chances of Indian team winning the world cup 2007. Several fans shared why they like cricket and how their friends and family are praying for the Indian.

Kochi was the first stop of the ten-city roadshow. Sixer team has met cricket players and fans at the famous Maharaja College, Palace Oval grounds and the Info Park. Cricket players, coaches and students at the Maharaja College has extended warm welcome to the Sixer team and conveyed best wishes to Sreesanth and the rest of the Indian team.

Mr. Gopi Krishnan, a student at Maharaja College shared that “he is an active member of Sixer and visits the site, posts pictures, videos and news around 3-4 times a week. And Sixer is the only website on the planet that allows cricket fans to post content and connect with fans”

Chennai was Sixer’s second stop after Kochi. Sixer team has met with over 300 enthusiastic and crazy cricket fans in five different locations in the city including: Madras Christian college, Chidambaram stadium, Alteress publishing company, St. Bede’s ground and Central Polytechnic Indian Pistols ground.

Bangalore was the third and final stop of the first phase of the roadshow for the Sixer team. Sixer team has met students, cricket fans and players at NMKR women’s college, Bangalore University, cricket players at Chinna Swamy stadium.

Sixer team had a chance to share how the firm is promoting women’s cricket on its website by highlighting profiles of women cricket players and fans regularly to the players of NMKR women’s college.

We are going to visit Westerern India (Ahmedabad, Pune and Mumbai) during the second phase followed by North India (Chandigarh and Delhi)”. Sixer will announce the winners in Hyderabad on April 24, 2007.
