FRISCO, TEXAS – March 2007 – iWave Integrator, a division of Skywire Software, today announced the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (DVFA) has selected iWave Integrator. The regulatory agency, which is responsible for food safety and health in Denmark, will leverage the iWave Integrator integration framework and its Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) and Platinum Certified HP OpenView Service Desk (OVSD) adapters to improve the efficiency of IT workflow and reduce downtime by automating service-call creation.

DFVA will use the iWave Integrator platform to connect the two applications allowing a MOM Alert to initiate a transaction and create a service-call within OVSD. Updates are synchronized by iWave Integrator ensuring that information in both systems is up-to-date. By enabling IT technicians to become proactive to system errors and maintenance issues, DFVA’s goal is to reduce downtime and associated costs.

iWave Integrator is an integration framework tailored to make disparate applications communicate in real time to exchange alerts, notifications, trouble tickets and other data.
