Four years in the making, The Genesis Workshop offers participants the practical applications of Biblical principles in building your organization on the solid foundation of Character, Moral and Spiritual Truth. The workshop draws from over 140 different stories and insights Americans who both succeeded and failed.

Each workshop consists of 8 to 15 executives and assists them in their development as a leader within their organization. They are led to find the deeper reasons for being “in business”, how to integrate an “eternity mindset” while achieving their business goals, finding creative opportunities to positively impact their co-workers, and developing their passion and sense of purpose.
