Rose Walker Partner Named to List of Texas’ Top Young Attorneys

(PRLEAP.COM) DALLAS – Ross Cunningham, a partner in the Dallas law firm Rose•Walker, L.L.P., has earned a spot on the 2007 list of Texas Rising Stars. This marks the second time Mr. Cunningham has received this honor.

Rising Stars are the top up-and-coming Texas attorneys who are 40 years of age or younger, or who have been in practice less than 10 years. Selections are based on nominations made by attorneys previously honored as Texas Super Lawyers.

“We’re extremely proud to see Ross receive this honor,” says Marty Rose, co-founder of the firm. “His legal abilities are top-notch, and we are happy to see other lawyers recognizing his good work on behalf of our clients.”

Mr. Cunningham’s trial experience includes extensive work on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, particularly in litigation involving complex commercial disputes, aviation services, product liability, construction defects, contracts, personal injury, and intellectual property. He holds degrees in law and economics from Southern Methodist University.

The Rising Stars list appears in the April 2007 issues of Texas Monthly and Texas Super Lawyers, a publication produced by Law & Politics Media Inc.

Rose•Walker, L.L.P. is a premier trial law firm, focusing on complex civil litigation. It represents businesses and individuals, and its many major courtroom victories have helped Rose Walker earn a national reputation for excellence.
