New Local Business Organization Schedules Next Event for Wednesday, April 11

Tampa, FL April 2007 – Mike Harter, president of Bottom Line Publications, the home of the Just Websites print directory and JustLookitUp.com website, and his partner, six-time Pro Bowl Fullback, Mike Alstott, created the business organization, Bottom Line Executives, as a way for local business owners and top executives to network with like-minded individuals with the goal of sharing ideas and creative solutions for stimulating the local economy while giving something back to the community. At the group’s first event on March 14, twenty-five executives, each of whom paid $1,000 in annual dues, signed up for membership. Fifty percent of those annual dues are donated to local charities. The organization recently donated $10,000 to New Life Charities, an organization that helps the homeless. The next event is scheduled for Wednesday, April 11 at the Centre Club at the Wyndham Westshore in Tampa and will present a check to the Charlie Daniels’ Angelus Foundation, a group that benefits handicapped children.

“We were overwhelmed by the response to our first networking event,” said Harter. “We expected a lot of people to show up for the event, but we were still taken back by the response. We expect our next event to be even better attended than the first. The success just goes to prove that local business owners are as concerned with stimulating the local economy and aiding the community as we are and are willing to do something about it. For our local economy to grow, more business owners need to step up and do something. Bottom Line Executives offers them a forum to do so.”

Bottom Line Executives’ next networking event is scheduled for Wednesday, April 11 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Centre Club located within the Wyndham Westshore at 123 South Westshore Blvd., Eight Floor in Tampa. Potential attendees must be invited by a current member to gain access. Hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served. Business casual attire is required. The event will give local business owners and executives a chance to join Bottom Line Executives and learn more about Bottom Line Publications’ other products, Just Websites and JustLookitUp.com. Mike Alstott will be in attendance at the function and autographed footballs and jerseys will be given away.
