Lloyd is Going to Catch Your Heart for the Evening

April 2007 – R&B artist Lloyd (“You ft. Lil Wayne ” & Get it Shorty ft. Young Joc) and DJ Bling of Q104.7 (Los Angeles/Ventura, CA Counties) are teaming up to make history with a new type of Compilation CD that mixes the TV and Music World.

The CD entitled “Caught My Heart for the Evening” is a follow up to Bling’s “Sky High” album which takes listeners on a journey of Top 40 hits while they imagine being on a 747 flight from LAX to JFK. Lloyd heard the “Sky High” album and the synopsis for “Caught My Heart for the Evening” and loved the idea of being the first artists of many to partake in this industry changing project. The Compilation CDs can be compared to the old TV shows on Radio such as “The Avenger”, “Superman”, and “Sherlock Holmes”.

Lloyd was selected to “Star” on this album, because of his love for the music and his desire to leave a footprint on the industry. His latest single “You ft. Lil Wayne” has been on the R&B Billboard Charts for 38 weeks and is currently #4. Lloyds second single “Get it Shorty ft. Young Joc” off the “Street Love” album is rising and sure to be a chart topper as well.

“Caught My Heart for the Evening” is to be released April 11th. On the release date Lloyd will be performing at Nicholby’s Nightclub in Ventura, CA and will be handing out copies of the Album. Everyone is really excited about the project and is sure it will be a great success.
