(PRLEAP.COM) MateMedia, Inc., (www.matemediainc.com) a Miami based web hosting company has acquired the assets of Ballad Enterprises, LLC (Hosting SPOC www.hosting-spoc.com and WAHM E-Commerce www.wahm-ecommerce.com) an Illinois based web hosting company.

Since 1995, MateMedia has provided businesses with web hosting, website design, domain name registration, search engine optimization services, and software development and publishing.

Hosting SPOC and WAHM E-Commerce provides small and mid-sized businesses with complete web services, including hosting, content development, search engine optimization, and e-commerce services.
