Liggett III, managing partner and a founding member of the firm, has been elected vice chairman of the Board of Directors for the Federation of Regulatory Counsel (FORC), an exclusive nationwide association of insurance lawyers dedicated to excellence in the practice of insurance regulatory law. Liggett was elected to this position at the association’s annual Board of Directors Meeting on Dec. 10, 2006.
