Marc R. Tow Launches Private Seminar Series

NEWPORT BEACH, CA -– April 06, 2007 – This month, Marc R. Tow of Marc R. Tow & Associates will begin his private seminar series, “Now is the Time to Get it Right: Lessons on How to Win at Life.” The seminar series will be held at local chambers of commerce and will work to both inform and empower those attending.

The first topic of the series will be, “How to Win a Lawsuit,” which will detail the procedures, techniques and costs attributed to winning in the courtroom. The second in the series will be, “How to Structure the Sale of Real Estate and Other Appreciated Assets,” which will inform the attendees about the strategies for the sale of real estate and other business interests, while deferring the taxes. The participants will leave this seminar with a thorough understanding of proven techniques to defer taxes.

The second and third topics are aimed at the large southern California population of entrepreneurs. These topics are, “So You Formed a Corporation or LLC, Here’s What You Do Next, and, “How to Raise Capital for Your Venture Through Private Placement Offerings.” Both of these seminars aim to help small business owners get ahead of their competition and survive in the cutthroat financial world. Attendees will learn the ins-and-outs of securities law, disclosures and how to organize and protect your corporation or Limited Liability Company.

“The goal of the seminar series is for the participants in the lectures to leave having learned something that they can immediately implement into their lives,” stated Marc R.
