CampusHippo | The perfect way to find textbooks you need on your campus!

Boston, MA - With the continued rise in the price of textbooks, two college sophomores have decided to create a new website that offers their fellow students a different way of purchasing or selling textbooks. CampusHippo.com is a website that allows students to find other classmates on their own campus that are selling or buying books. They can then contact them and arrange to meet and pay face to face. This allows them to bypass the overpriced book stores and the long waits of online purchases.

After months of work CampusHippo.com has now launched. It is currently in its BETA phase and is currently free for all users. The website is active and is in the early phases of growing a community. The website is also undergoing continuous updates and fixes as the owners receive feedback and make the website as user friendly as possible.

College sophomores Christopher Brack and Mathew Sisson founded CampusHippo.com in May of 2006. Christopher Brack is a sophomore at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Mathew Sisson is a sophomore at Saint Michaels College in Burlington, Vermont. Both Christopher and Mathew are originally from the south shore Massachusetts.

CampusHippo.com will officially launch this September. You may visit the website at www.campushippo.com
