New Study Seeks Survey Participants: Patients, Doctors, and the Internet

(PRLEAP.COM) Ithaca, NY – New student research at Cornell University explores the relationship between patients and physicians, and the role that the internet plays, or could play, in that relationship. The research is being conducted by Amy C. Cham, a second-year MBA student, as part of an independent study project. Ms. Cham is looking for adults to participate in a 15-question survey. The web-based survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous.

In appreciation for participants helping with the research, Ms. Cham is offering a drawing for one (1) of three (3) $50 Amazon.com gift certificates. Registration in the drawing takes place via a dedicated email address, and is in no way connected to actual responses; participants can take advantage of the offer while keeping their answers fully anonymous.

Interested respondents can visit http://www.amycham.com/health2007.html to enroll in the survey. Please note, all respondents must be at least 18 years old.

Ms. Cham is also looking for physicians and medical information websites to help enroll participants. Each physician or medical website that links to the survey from its homepage or blog will receive a free report providing a breakdown of responses to each survey question.

Please contact Amy C. Cham for more information about this research. You can email Ms. Cham at acc68@cornell.edu, or reach her by telephone at 1-585-975-9866.
