RadioSherpa.com Arrives in New York City

(PRLEAP.COM) Boston, MA - April 12, 2007 RadioSherpa, a company that develops innovative HD Radio applications, announced today that it had released its HD Radio Guide website (www.radiosherpa.com) for New York City. RadioSherpa helps users find interesting music and content freely available through HD Radio broadcasts. RadioSherpa makes it convenient to explore HD Radio stations across the country through a visual guide that shows what is playing on each station.

"We are happy to bring our HD Radio service to the New York market", said Sasha Javid, co-founder of RadioSherpa. "We have had many people asking us to come to their city, but New York was the next logical market for us. In addition to being the largest radio market, New York radio stations have done a great job in bringing interesting new programming to their HD2 channels. We know this will only get better as more stations launch their HD Radio broadcasts."

RadioSherpa, which launched in Boston back in November of 2006, is now available in two markets. The company plans on continuing its expansion across the country in the coming months. Through the latest MySherpa feature, users can mix-and-match their favorite radio stations from around the country.

"We continue to believe that the key to success for HD Radio will be interesting new content" Javid said. Our goal is to help users find this new content "whether on the web or on a radio. We look forward to bringing our service to all types of devices in the coming year."
