(PRLEAP.COM) At a gala ribbon-cutting ceremony, rapidly expanding contractor Master Builders of South Florida celebrated the opening of Porter Place, located in Hypoluxo, Florida. MBSF was awarded the $13.8 million contract by prestigious Atlanta developer York Residential to build the mixed-use development in one of South Florida’s most rapidly growing communities.

Porter Place is located at the intersection of Hypoluxo Road and Overlook Road, and is bordered on two sides by a 97 acre, protected natural preserve.
