R. James Woolsey Joins the Board of Advisors of BioDefense Corporation

Lexington, MA — R. James Woolsey, Vice President and officer in the Global Resilience practice of Booz Allen Hamilton, and former Director of Central Intelligence (1993 – 1995), has accepted an invitation to serve on the Board of Advisors of BioDefense Corporation.

Upon announcing Mr. Woolsey's acceptance, Michael Y. Mr. Woolsey is presently a principal in the Homeland Security Fund of Paladin Capital Group and a member of the Board of Directors of three privately held companies, generally in fields related to renewable energy, infrastructure protection, and resilience.
