Case® President Mark Richardson Wins ASBPE Award of Excellence

BETHESDA, MD – Case® president Mark Richardson, CR has been awarded a national Award of Excellence by the American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE) [www.asbpe.org] for his contributions as a monthly columnist in Remodeling magazine [remodeling.hw.net]. Each year the ASBPE recognizes exemplary “quality of writing, reporting and editing, presentation, development of subject matter and value to readers” with a series of regional and national awards. The organization’s 27th Annual Awards ceremony will take place on June 21, 2005 at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland, Ohio.

In his monthly Remodeling column, Richardson offers readers of the trade publication guidance on business and management best practices, based on his extensive industry experience and insight gained in leadership roles with the nation’s largest full-service remodeling firm and national home improvement franchise network. The two representative columns that garnered the ASPBE Award of Excellence dealt with time management and leadership respectively: “Going Proactive” from May 2004 and “Ten Keys to Leadership” from the September 2004 issue.
