Elementary to High School students learn the importance of Disaster Preparedness
(PRLEAP.COM) Corpus Christi, TX, April 2007 The Corpus Christi firm, Disaster Recovery One announced that it will be educating students all over South Texas about the importance for disaster preparedness.
Driscoll ISD will be the first district to educate the students through 30 minute presentations in the gymnasium on April 27th, 2007. Noonan Elementary in Alice is slated to do the same for its students on May 1st, 2007.
Several outside firms have already committed to this initiative that is sponsored by Disaster Recovery One. The McAllen based firm, South Texas Educational Systems will be loaning a student response system so that students are engaged in the presentation. The Corpus Christi based marketing firm, Rainmaker Enterprises will be printing all of the materials that are handed out to the students and YoGo Blue Business Technologies along with Promotional Solutions will be providing giveaways for participation and understanding.
