This new service is in addition to APC’s standard homeowner’s damage appraisal services. The video solution adds another key element to an inspection allowing the adjuster to really get a feel for the loss visually. The video element is uploaded to American Property Claim’s online claims management system and is viewable by the adjuster along with the appraisal and individual photos.
