The Sallan Foundation Announces Sustainable Design Symposium and Exhibition of Sustainable Sculptures
(PRLEAP.COM) Join distinguished members of a panel in a formal discussion on Wednesday, April 25, 6-8pm at The Great Hall of Cooper Union in New York City to get smarter about getting greener with Sustainable Design.
Three panelists — Nancy E. Anderson - The Sallan Foundation, Catherine Nueva Espana and Emilie Hagen - Atelier Ten, and Dinah A. Koehler - US EPA — will explore successful strategies for making the lived-in environment more livable.
A close look will be taken at the legal design for green building, how to integrate sustainable design and get a clear understanding about the public health impacts of the built environment.
Moderators Bruce Kahn and Jennie Nevin — both with Smith Barney will lead the way with their insiders’ view of how Wall Street is looking at sustainability. This event is hosted by the Sustainability Practice Network and Lena Imamura.
