PokerNews and CD Poker Launch Two $12,000 Team PokerNews WSOP Freerolls

(PRLEAP.COM) Team PokerNews (http://www.pokernews.com/wsop-2007) and CD Poker (http://www.pokernews.com/cdpoker) have announced two upcoming $12,000 Team PokerNews WSOP 2007 Freeroll tournaments. The first $12,000 Team PokerNews WSOP 2007 Freeroll will be held on April 28 14:00 EDT with the second freeroll commencing on June 2 at 14:00 EDT.

The winner of each freeroll will win a $12,000 Team PokerNews WSOP 2007 package which includes entry into the World Series of Poker Main Event (valued at $10,000) and $2000 cash for travel and accommodation. Each winner will also become a member of Team PokerNews, granting them invitation to exclusive PokerNews events and access to extra benefits such as custom Team PokerNews merchandise.

Both these freerolls are amongst some of the easiest to qualify for. In order to be eligible, players must download CD Poker through PokerNews and sign up for a new account. Once registered, players must earn just one CD Poker Point for each $12,000 Team PokerNews WSOP Freeroll they wish to enter.

For the freeroll on Saturday April 28, new players must fulfil all requirements (sign up to CD Poker through PokerNews and earn a single CD Poker Point) before Friday April 27 00:00 EDT. For the freeroll on Saturday June 2, the cutoff for new players to complete the requirements is Friday June 1 00:00 EDT.

Players that have signed up to CD Poker through PokerNews in the past are also eligible to enter both these freerolls as long as they have the requisite points.

Team PokerNews is giving away over $300,000 in WSOP 2007 freerolls, and will be sending over 25 players to Las Vegas in July.
