SPATE magazine is donating %12 of its ad space to non-profit organizations. SPATE magazine started as a emagazine a little over one year ago and now is one of the more popular digital and print publications. With thousands of downloads SPATE magazine is in demand. Now they want to change the whole media industry. "We want to make donating pages to charity a standard in the media industry. To us its the ultimate sign of unselfishness. Magazines make millions of dollars in advertising and we want to help the industry be less selfish and focus more on helping people in need, so we decided to jump start and lead the movement" says CEO of SPATE magazine Antoine King. "We are the first publication to do this that we know of and we will work hard to make hundreds of magazines follow our lead. Imagine the impact that we could make as publishers if we did that" says Rondell Maddox (aka Madman) the editor of SPATE magazine.


SPATE magazine has been said to be thinking really big sense their creation. Scoring interviews within two months of existence with some of todays popular celebrities like G-Unit, Dipset,
rap artist Khia, Pitbull, Rich Boy, Jaz-o, Styles P, Mysonne, Sha Stimuli, Joell Ortiz, Karina Pasian, Aaron Reid (LA Reid's son), Serius Jones, and many others. Existing for only about one year SPATE magazine has accomplished a lot. Now they want to change the industry. "I always said the if we ever sold the magazine that it would be the biggest sale in history and I mean that. It wouldn't happen anytime soon because we are just having too much fun" says CEO Antoine King.
