The Blue at Doral is being developed by Blue View Villas, LLC along the 12th and 13th fairways of the legendary Blue Monster golf course of the Doral Resort. The Blue is the first and only luxury resort hotel condominium ever to be developed adjacent to the Blue Monster, home to the 2007 World Golf Championship and numerous PGA Tour events for the past 40 years. The development, which is a few minutes from Miami International Airport, will be comprised of 15 manor houses, each housing 16 elegantly appointed and fully furnished residences in Old Florida mansion style and a full-service clubhouse.
Kubik, being developed by Lab Group Developers, is an innovative Miami mixed-use condominium featuring 299 adaptable, loft living spaces and an abundance of cutting-edge amenities including an art studio; an urban tropical forest complete with a relaxing hammock area; an herb garden; yoga room; a private Cinemateque; a sunrise meditation terrace; and a state-of-the-art wine cellar. Located in one of Miami’s trendiest neighborhoods, Kubik will be comprised of two towers; the south housing 183 bi-level residences and the north, 116. There will also be 41,745 square feet of commercial space.
St. Tropez, being developed by J. Milton & Associates in the affluent beachfront city of Sunny Isles Beach, will exemplify the style and glamour of the South of France in a trio of sleek contemporary towers perched on a shared pedestal in the style of an old-world Mediterranean village, which will be home to the City of Sunny Isles Towne Center. The 280 luxury condominiums will feature sleek Italian design, high-end finishes, resort-style services and amenities; the Towne Center will feature upscale dining and shopping among its garden-flanked pathways and cafes.
Villa Magna, being developed by Florida East Coast Realty and COALCO New York, will be a five-star condominium with 787 luxury residences and townhomes, comprising two 60-level towers with panoramic views from South Beach to Key Biscayne. Located on the last bayfront site in the Brickell area of downtown Miami, Villa Magna’s amenities will include the Skydeck, a two-acre urban resort situated 150 feet above Biscayne Bay and its own storm-proof generator that will power the building in case of emergency. In addition, the 84 townhomes will have direct access garage parking and private in-residence elevators.
Regatta 2, by G&D Developers, is a boutique condominium on Miami Beach’s Indian Creek featuring a private marina, curvaceous design and a landscaped pedestrian promenade along Indian Creek.
